Addressing the European Parliament’s Intergroup of Traditional Minorities in Strasbourg on Thursday, Kinga Gal, an MEP of Hungary’s ruling Fidesz party, complained that Ukraine’s recently adopted education law banning postprimary-level education in minority languages was unconstitutional and infracted various international laws and treaties.
