Four days after Matteo Salvini’s visit to the Hungarian capital, Prime Minister Viktor Orban receives Heinz-Christian Strache, Austria’s vice-chancellor, daily Nepszava writes.
Italy’s foreign minister meets his Hungarian counterpart Sandor Pinter this Thursday in Budapest and according to daily Magyar Nemzet’s information, he will also hold talks with Orban about a possible cooperation after the European elections in May.
Now Nepszava writes that Strache is also coming to Budapest, next Monday. According to the newspaper, the Austrian vice-chancellor and sports minister will have an official ministerial meeting and meets Orban too. The article adds that it’s unclear, whether Orban meets him in his capacity as PM or as the chairman of Hungary’s ruling Fidesz party. Nepszava reminds that the parties of Strache and Salvini are allied on a European level.
