German right-wing author and philosopher Götz Kubitschek told Hungarian news site Mandiner that the German industrial elite is connected to the political elite and they’re have nothing to do with the people. “We’re not talking about a necessary national big capital, because this industrial elite is connected to the global neo-liberal elite”, he added.
Kubitschek said he’s not happy about the “imperialism of the German brands, the German industry”, because all he can see in Hungary and other countries of the region that Germany can export nothing but the consumer lifestyle.
Asked about a conservative wave taking over the German society, he said that even if Hungary is not on the German economic level, still the country is in a better situation and is capable of making great steps forward.
