The time and date of Milo Yiannopoulos’s lecture in Budapest have been made public on Thursday by the organiser, the Public Foundation for the Research on Central and Eastern European History and Society.
The British author and journalist was to speak at the foundation’s conference entitled The Future of Europe in January, but it was postponed due to upcoming election campaign. Yiannopoulos was not the only controversial speaker at the event and even politicians of Hungary’s ruling Fidesz party were critical about his attendance. The conference will be held on May 23-25, but its programme is not yet public.
According to the recently published website Milo in Budapest, Yiannopoulos holds his own lecture at a different venue on May 25.
