National sovereignty is the most important issue, and George Soros can be a trouble in this aspect, but even more the EU, geopolitical forecaster George Friedman told Hungarian site Mandiner.
He reminded that while after the dissolution of the Soviet Union Soros had done a lot for the sovereignty of Eastern Europe, now he wants these states to decide about their future as he wants. Friedman added that Soros misunderstands Europe.
“Orban is not a henchman, but a pioneer”, Friedman said about Hungary’s prime minister. According to the analyst, “Soros won’t get rid of Orban” and it’s unlikely that Hungarians will topple Orban as it happened in other countries, because of Soros’s activities.
Speaking of geopolitical analysis and predictions, Friedman said it’s predictable from Hungary’s history that Hungarian don’t want immigrant, and it’s unlikely to change.
